Senior Tech Delivery Specialist - SAP SD

Responsible for executing day to day SAP production support activities in SAP SD module, including addressing critical month end and year end related issues.

Job responsibilities

Monitor Incidents/ service request on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs
Configure the system for any new business requirements or change in the existing processes
Prepare functional specifications for the ABAP team for any change in the existing development or for customizing new developments
Assist in smooth closing of month end and year end activities
Coordinate and work closely with cross functional team members
Foster and maintain good relationship with users across the globe to ensure customer satisfaction
Align the day to day activities by adhering to the policies laid down in the organization
Work with internal team to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions to achieve quality and process improvements.
Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

Qualifications

Any Graduate/Masters

5-8 yrs of SAP SD relevant experience

Mandatory Skill:

SD Implementation

Roll Out Global Support

Integration between FI & SD with Third party tools

Excellent communication skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to SAP SD Fiori apps

S4 HANA Implementation
