What's the role?

The successful candidate will, in the frame of Hilti’s direct sales model, continuously enhance our business operation foundation in all customer interacting activities, to improve our impact and productivity of the organization. Provide system maintenance and data analysis in the areas of market intelligence, pricing, territory planning across North Asia region with offices in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.

What does the role involve?

  • Be a team player in the Strategic Marketing team and bring operational support to improve data quality to enhance impact of various marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide business intelligence and analysis in the area of customers, business, and communicate to relevant departments within the company.
  • Handle pricing filing operations and take ownership of the Hilti pricelist.
  • Work with local market organization to various market reach topics to provide guidance to local process experts, for example, territory year end realignment process.
  • Regularly maintain the best quality of market and customer database and review current data maintenance process.
  • Ready to support the team in other data analysis and business process implementation preparation.

What you need is:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or process improvement gained in scaled company.
  • Strong business acumen and learning agility.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and stakeholders’ management skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with high accuracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical and presentation skills on data and process and able to visualize complicated analysis.
  • Work independently and self-driven, with positive thinking and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in working with SAP, Salesforce and Reporting System is a plus.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written), and Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
  • Applicant with high ambition and potential to excel and develop a long term career at Hilti.
