Essential Responsibilities
1, Responsible for sound and acoustic and ANC architecture design of consumer product, responsible for sound quality and ANC performance of consumer product.
2, Define acoustic requirement, develop acoustic concept and specification, interact with related functions as required.
3, work with supplier and cross function to review the headphone design proposal and evaluate the feasibility.
4, Arrange product architecture validation before tooling start.
5, Lead new platform/technology evaluation and drive new technology implementations.
6, Conduct acoustic verification and sound approval.
7, Responsible for assisting suppliers with acoustics design help.
8, Help sound quality engineer for sound quality control.
9, Assist manager to improve sound development process.
Basic Qualifications:
1, Must have good hearing and be capable of accurately evaluating sound quality of audio product.
2, Must have a good knowledge about the headphone related HW, SW, DSP fundamental and headphone system design.
3, At least Bachelor's degree in electrical or acoustical engineering.
4, At least 10 years’ experience working as headphone acoustic system engineer in new product development.
5, Good spoken English language skills and write technical documents in clear and concise English.
6. Good temperament and ability to work with suppliers and team members from different function or different cultures.
