As a future Head of Product & Content Marketing, you will report to Global Head of Marketing & Creative, and you will be part of AXA IM Select.

The role’s main purpose is to work closely with the Global Head of Marketing and Creative to implement the overall AXA IM Select marketing strategy, focussing on centrally supported markets across Europe and Asia, as well as owning global campaigns and investment writing requirements. (Centrally supported markets covers Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Hong Kong, Philippines and Thailand).

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Support the Global Head of marketing & Creative to deliver the overall marketing strategy with a focus on centrally supported European markets, plus Global content initiatives/comms and campaigns.
• Own the global comms calendar and investment writing requirements. Responsible for driving the content themes and ideas as well as the production and delivery of all items. In addition, responsibility for ad hoc client comms requirements such as crisis comms.
• Own the development and delivery of product marketing support for all centrally supported markets with a focus on effective storytelling for a retail audience. 
• Own the development and delivery of all global content campaigns including development in line with the global marketing plan, campaign management, execution and delivery.
• Own the delivery of physical and virtual events for centrally supported markets as required.
• Work closely with wider marketing teams (digital and creative studio) and other functional teams to deliver best in class marketing and take advantage of the opportunities in the market.
• Own the global literature suite with responsibility for maintenance and creation of new items as required.
• Responsibility for the award submissions as appropriate.
• Support on developing relationships with external asset managers and securing partnership support on a variety of initiatives across events and content. 
• Line management responsibility for a team of three including a specialist investment writer and two senior managers focussed on Europe and Asia respectively and collectively supporting the delivery of global initiatives.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience working within a similar role in asset management (ideally) or Financial Services sector.
• A second European or Asian language is a necessity for this role with a requirement to be fluent in one of the following in addition to English: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Cantonese or Thai 
• Strong writing capabilities with experience in investment writing a plus
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients/colleagues/service providers.
• A willingness to take personal ownership of and responsibility for the role.
• Ability to feed ideas/suggestions into the marketing team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, can work alone and is able to adapt to deadlines.
• Follows through on issues and ensures that deadlines are adhered to.
• Organised, precise and methodical ensuring that relevant detail is not overlooked.
• Experienced line manager.
