Littelfuse is looking for a dynamic Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to analyzes target acquisition companies and provides expertise on acquisition opportunities during due diligence, initiates and coordinate due diligence workstreams, prepares financial evaluation and forecasting and actively communicates with Littelfuse functional departments in support of mergers or acquisitions.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to pinpoint areas for investment, expansion, sustenance, or improvement within Littelfuse's portfolio.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the competitive and profit pool landscape for key product lines within Littelfuse's portfolio.
  • Develop a point of view on Littelfuse’s market share, market segment trends, and overall product line competitive positioning and financial performance.
  • Support Business Unit leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and priorities.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic rationale by qualifying both organic and inorganic investment requirements.
  • Translate market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Support annual and ongoing portfolio prioritization and management processes, in partnership with the Executive team, Business Unit GMs and VPs. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Development/M&A team on target evaluation and research.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years prior experience in corporate or product line strategy, management consulting, investment banking or similar relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience conducting both primary and secondary research, including Voice of the Customer (VOC) and competitive analysis
  • Demonstrated resiliency in problem solving
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and across different levels in the organization.
  • Experience presenting and interacting with senior executives
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
