NXP

On-Site Support Engineer provides direct support to users in their locations or regions. He/She will be our second and third line of support, and need to ensure the best possible support for NXP IT services on-site, as well as provide support for global projects and implementations.

The key responsibilities are:

• Generic Breakfix & IMAC Support
• Software IMAC & Configuration
• R&D Support
• Site Infrastructure Support
• Site Server Room Support
• 3rd Party Coordination & Event Management (Meeting Rooms)
• Asset Management
• Depot and stock management
• Additional Operations Task
• Reporting

Job Requirement:

• Familiar with ITIL framework
• Experience in workplace services support
• Experience in Data Center and Server Room support
• Experience in Connectivity Infrastructure support
• Familiar with ServiceNow
