Responsibilities

PATH is currently seeking a Project Manager on Third Party Payroll- (Randstad). The Project Manager, E2 project will be based out of Central TB Division, New Delhi and will report to the Associate Project Director, NISCHIT plus TB and oversee the E2 project. The PM will work closely with the CDC point of contact, Central TB Division and the State TB Officers and provide supervision and mentoring to the Data analysts positioned at each of the 11 states. The PM will work to inculcate behaviour change in data use practices at districts, sub-districts and grassroots through mentoring the DAs and working closely with NTEP staff.

Specific roles of this position include:

1. Project Planning and Management

  • Participate and contribute to management of projects pertaining to data i.e., establishing robust TB surveillance systems at national/state /district level up to the level of Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs).
  • Develop training modules, for field staff who will implement the project on ground as well as for NTEP staff, as relevant.
  • Liaise with the designated government officials and build their capacity in using data for action.
  • Mentor state project coordinators in identifying opportunities to improve district-level program activities through data improvement activities. This can take place in virtual learning sessions at regular intervals so there is cross-learning of solutions for each state.
  • Conduct regular field visits as necessary.
  • Assist preparing detailed implementation plans, narrative reports and financial reports, and assist in annual budgeting exercises as required.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Develop log frames and M&E frameworks for various project activities, develop/update M&E tools for recording data related to different project activities and assessments, including data quality assessments.
  • Liaise with project teams to validate all incoming data and ensure correctness and completeness of the data.
  • Limit the risk of data loss by taking regular back-ups and implement steps necessary to ensure that data security.
  • Co-ordinate & supervise data collection, data flows, perform data analysis, and create dashboards for project monitoring.
  • Devise analysis tools using various software such as Advanced Excel Macro Programming, SPSS, etc.
  • Develop tools and strive to automatize data analysis processes in-house as well as at the state/national levels for improved efficiency, track progress of projects using activity tracker.
  • Provide regular feedback to project teams based on data-quality-checks & data analysis
  • Undertake field visits as per requirement.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/senior management.

3. Resource development, documentation and reporting:

  • Document good practices/success stories from field for dissemination on various platforms.
  • Identify avenues and share best practices across all project states and with CTD
  • Ensure weekly, monthly and annual deliverables related to data in the form of reports, presentations, feedback, etc. are prepared as per timelines.
  • Develop reports/summaries and prepare presentations to meet the on-going requirements from funders and various other stakeholders.
  • Develop periodic reports for sharing with the CDC, City and State TB Offices, Central TB Division (CTD) and SHARE INDIA.
  • Assist in writing manuscripts/editorials for dissemination of findings.
  • Develop resources for advocacy at various forums/platforms.
