Senior Software Developer with experience in identity and access management

You Will

• You work in an agile team and lead the development and operation of our IAM solutions in the cloud platform.
• As a software developer you implement new features and improvements in frontend and/or backend.
• You add your technical view and expertise to the design of new functions.
• You contribute your ideas to the digital transformation of Allianz and implement them with your team.
• You uphold agile values as an integral part of your daily work.
• You contribute to a self-managing team's planning and continuous improvement activities (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Retrospective).
• As part of an agile team, you commitment to the team's shared goals and work with your teammates to deliver and run our IAM solutions.

Your Skills

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, passed PE, trainings, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)

• University degree in a computer science subject or comparable practical experience.
• 3+ years experience in frontend and backend development.
• 3+ years of experience with identity and access management (IAM).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• 3+ years of experience with application monitoring.
• Knowledge of virtualization.
• Knowledge of data protection and data security.
• Basic IT security knowledge.

b) Skills and Competencies (functional / technical / methodological / people skills, Allianz competencies)

• Programming languages and tools:

o Frontend: Angular, WebStorm

o Backend: Java, Spring Boot, IntelliJ, Groovy, PostgreSQL, and web service protocols

o CI/CD, testing: Jenkins, Groovy, git, LoadRunner, and Postman

o Ops: Docker, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Python

• ForgeRock IDM know-how..
• Experience in agile working methods.
• Team player, strong customer orientation and enthusiastic about new technologies.
• Very good knowledge of English and German as optional.
