Other Forms of Compensation: up to 25% Bonus

Hey there, future Director of Field Marketing! If you're ready to help ensure every kid leaves the cafeteria happier and healthier, we want you on our team. As the Director of Field Marketing at Chartwells, your mission is to bring a dash of fun and excitement to our programs and services. From sprucing up the cafeteria environment to developing new student engagement programs, you'll be the magician behind the scenes.
Your role involves detailing and refining marketing standards, crafting solutions to improve student and operator experiences, and driving participation in school meal programs. We're on the lookout for someone with excellent communication skills, critical thinking vibes, and a heart that beats for service.
