Job Responsibilities:
- Looking for 5-6 years of working experience as per the below skills requirement.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint / Software Center Configuration Manager with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client, and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for, Intune and Windows management environment
- Must be able to troubleshoot day-to-day operations, performing monitor and tune system performance, and provide administration, and configuration.
- Manage escalation matrix.
- Manage a team of Engineers.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Own, create and regularly update of training SOPs based on various quality standards.
- Responsible for Service MIS reporting and presentation.
- Responsible for new hire training (end to end).
- Track and improve post-training effectiveness.
- Own and update management process.
- Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks and arrange internal ad-hoc training.
Education Background:
- Engineering Background Graduate.
- Good to have: ITIL Knowledge.

- Good Communications skills- English both written and verbal
- Good to have ITIL knowledge.
- Must possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility.
