We are looking for an Analyst who will be a part of the Compliance Assessment Team reporting to the Compliance Manager – Third Party Analytics within the Compliance Office.
Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). The Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develops, supports implementation and maintains and monitors Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. The Compliance Office also support compliance teams in the Market Areas, Business Areas or operational units, which support and monitor the execution of the ethics and compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.

You will
Be part of the onboarding process of Ericsson´s Third Parties (suppliers and partners).
Perform Business Integrity Screenings (BIS) and Open Source Searches (OSS) of new and existing suppliers and partners.
Perform thorough, systematic analysis of BIS and OSS screening results in order to identify possible supplier integrity risks involving questionable and undesired practices, such as money laundering, bribery, corruption, economic sanctions.
Decide on what represents a supplier integrity risk compared to a false alert (“false positives” identification), thus enabling Ericsson to perform due diligence of suppliers and partners, when applicable.
Support MACOs and BACOs in monitoring and mitigating any red flags in relation to Third Parties. Support MACOs and BACOs in implementation of approval conditions relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption trainings of Third Parties.
Work with different stakeholders all around the globe on approvals and extensions of Global Third Parties.
Review and process Compliance Consultation Desk requests relating to Third Party risks.
