Job description

In your new role you will:

• Work with a global team of community managers to run user adoption and content generation programs for Infineon Developer Community. Nurture an active and engaged community around our products.
• Closely interact with internal stakeholders to promote community among distributors and customers in the region.
• Execute marketing campaigns internally or externally, promoting community and its services.
• Take prompt actions on customer feedback to improve our quality of service.
• Regularly track and report key metrics indicating regional user adoption and content growth.
• Act as the community point of contact for any in-person/online events in the region
• Help efficient onboarding of community members, by creating help documents and training videos.
• Connect and maintain a healthy relationship with top contributors from the region, nurture them as community advocates.
• Define and run incentive programs for contributors.
• Focus on efficiently translating technical resources such acknowledge articles, application notes etc., into Japanese with the help of contributors.
• Establish and enforce policies for engagement in Japanese community.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 日本語語学力（ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT N１）
• 英語語学力（TOEIC750以上) / Business English skill
• (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference, Business Negotiation)
• PC スキル（Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• チームワーカー / Team Working
• 学士、修士
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing online communities, preferably developer communities.
• Efficient communicator, comfortable interacting with engineers across the globe, as well as Infineon leadership (written & verbal).
• Prior experience in semiconductor industry would be a plus. 
• Digital marketing expertise would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, passionate, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Process oriented, with strong analytical and time management skills
