Job Description Summary:

The Account & Relationship Management Executive is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts. Maintains post-sales contact with large or strategic clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Communicates with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions. Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development. Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.

  • The territory is the greater Wisconsin and Eastern Iowa. A company car is provided**

Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required; MBA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management
  • Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle
  • Communicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions
  • Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines
  • Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team
  • May handle add-on sales for clients

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry
  • Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly
