As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will champion the development and execution of marketing strategies that correspond seamlessly with our overarching business goals within your assigned vertical. Your role involves interfacing with multiple customer-facing squads, aiding in Tier 1 planning, driving the orchestration and implementation of marketing campaigns, leading selected field marketing initiatives and reporting. Your strategic insight and hands-on involvement will be integral to successfully executing our marketing objectives. Strategic insight per vertical and customer type will come from our HQ ‘Segment Marketing’ team, and this role will report directly into the region.

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Create and own the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned vertical. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify the target solution focus, vertical-specific events, industry bodies, associations, and accounts to implement brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns. All actions should be created to support squad TALs.
  • Local Brand Awareness Campaigns: Partner with PR, Social, and Content teams to create, deliver, and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored to the needs of your specific vertical. 
  • Marketing Plans: Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to gather insights and understand regional objectives. Based on this understanding, provide consolidated inputs for annual and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets. Ensure these plans align with the strategic objectives of your assigned vertical and cater to the unique needs of each region they will be activated in. The goal is to create a cohesive and impactful global marketing strategy that successfully drives growth in all regions while maintaining strategic alignment. 
  • Regional Field Support: As an integral member of our global marketing team and your region's designated Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM), you'll be responsible for aiding in local activities as required. 
  • Localization of Corporate Campaigns: Localize corporate brand awareness campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials as required to support the assigned vertical or customer type. Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and feedback. 
  • Regional Content Localization: Support the translation and localization of content for the regional website and other marketing materials to better serve your vertical's specific requirements. 
  • Thought Leadership Activities: Working in collaboration with regional external comms, coordinate both paid and earned thought leadership activities, including roundtable participation, panel discussions, etc., in collaboration with your assigned verticals and the segment HQ team.
  • Events & Tradeshows: Use events, webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, executive dinners, virtual events, conferences/seminars, and customer events as a supporting tool to better aid your assigned vertical. 
  • Event Management: Work alongside regional events teams or HQ to support in events management: budget management, synchronization with the local customer facing teams and marketing teams and HQ marketing teams. 

Qualifications 

  • Have 5+ years of marketing experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, revenue, and HQ teams to strategize and execute campaigns from birth to grave. Understanding CPaaS is a plus. 
  • Be a strong independent researcher and concise communicator both verbally and in writing with the ability to understand and develop messages for a wide range of issues and audiences both internally and externally. 
  • Be disciplined, and organized and demonstrate the ability to lead others to success. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization and how to sell in effectively your idea. 
  • Understands highly technical information and how to condense it into brief messaging, ensuring its relevance to a specific ICP or TAL.
  • Be able to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple, potentially conflicting tasks. 
  • Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team. 
  • Have experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, ad platforms, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. SFDC, Qlik, Jira, and Google Analytics). 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where individual initiative is critical.

Salary Range – An annual salary base of $86K-115K plus an annual bonus (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
