TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for creating/implementing the sales plan under his/her responsibility to achieve key takeaway quality and quantitative targets (volume, revenues, product mix, price, area coverage and customer penetration, increasing market share, etc.) in a profitable way, with focus in cable and accessories specified customer, for Indonesia market in according to the sales strategy.
The Account Manager is responsible for building his knowledge to have an in-depth understanding of his/her business area environment, regarding the customers’ and the competitors’, to be able to estimate the coming trends and market movements, and to provide input to TE Connectivity, Energy network regarding his/her customer`s portfolio.
The Account Manager must also maintain and improve the balance between all different function internally and customers that are present in their area of responsibility. Required to build long-term sustainable customer relationships, without losing any short term business.
This position is accountable for the development, implementation and completion of a customer accounts plan, to obtain acceptable growth in incoming orders and ensure continued growth and profitability of TE Connectivity, Energy Business in Indonesia.
Promote and sell all TE Connectivity, Energy products. Make achievement of all assigned targets by Country Manager. These targets involve sales plans, forecast, pipelines, call visits, project specifications, key accounts plan and maintenance of customer goodwill.
Maximize sales volume and driving selling price in the positive trend.
Ensure product acceptance, sales and specs-ins; work with existing partners and distributors to gain sustainable growth, coverage and operational excellence.
Required to provide regular reports of the sales, including sales activity, figures, lead management and opportunity tracking, to optimize sales results and to give information to the sales organization.
