Project Manager Proposal
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Proposals, reporting to the LPM (Lead Proposal Manager) to Support Sales team.
YOUR MISSION
- Work on solutions and relevant Proposals for new equipment from Sidel whole portfolio
- Identify business opportunities
- Manage contract signature and kick off meetings
- Responsible to negotiate (together with Sales) the most suitable technical solution for the Customer, which maximizes marginality.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Good level of English and Russian is a must
- Experience in project management of large scale projects, preferably in the beverage or packaging industry
- Precontracting/Sales experience in a comparable industry is a plus
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Results orientated
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and able to work on multiple task
- Able to work with remote management
- Availability to travel up to 30 %, mainly in Europe, Russia and C&CA
