The Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management Services (REMS) – Western Canada, based in Vancouver, is a key leadership role that demands a strategic mindset and a passion for driving success. In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate management services in the Western region.

In this role, you will…

  • Market Leadership: Lead the Western region to acquire and maintain a prominent position as the market leader in asset advisory services.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of a Strategic Plan for Real Estate Management Services, guiding service delivery, employee development, and positioning Colliers in the marketplace.
  • Senior Leadership: Manage operational issues and provide leadership to Colliers' overall Real Estate Management Services business in the Western region as a key member of the Senior Leadership team.
  • Business Development: Develop and lead a growth plan consistent with Colliers' strategy for the Western region. Chart the course of business development activities, ensuring the team is well-positioned within the Western markets.
  • Client Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with key existing clients and targeted potential clients within the Western Region.
  • Annual Operating Plan: Formulate and recommend a regional Annual Operating Plan supporting Colliers’ objective.
  • Industry Engagement: Take an active role in the business community, ensuring Colliers' strong profile within relevant industry sectors. Stay abreast of market trends and prepare the organization for new challenges.
  • Employee Development: Lead employee development efforts, working closely with People Services to ensure an effective organization structure focused on service excellence.
  • Financial Management: Ensure effective utilization of financial resources within established parameters. Manage bottom-line performance through budget and expense management.
  • Collaboration: Develop strong collaborative relationships with various departments and businesses of Colliers, facilitating constructive transfer of information throughout Canadian offices.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Class A office experience.
  • Experience leading and building a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Business or related field
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.

Approximate Bas Salary Range for Role: $225,000.00 CAD to $260,000.00 CAD.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries.

For the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
