The Digital Marketing Manager position presents an opportunity to join a growing division within an established organization of creative-minded real estate professionals. Focused on promoting the company’s dynamic shopping, dining and events destination in downtown West Palm through thoughtful and compelling storytelling, this role works alongside the Events & Marketing Manager and Marketing Director (to whom the role reports) to create, produce and analyze campaigns across all digital channels. This position will be responsible for co-developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing and maintaining the brand’s digital and social presence, collecting and reporting on data and supporting Related Southeast’s brand positioning and image.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and formats including social media, digital display ad networks, email, rewards app and proprietary and third-party websites
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, manage outreach and foster relationships with influencer community in local, regional and feeder markets
  • Create content for e-newsletters, social media, rewards program, presentations, brochures, invitations, marketing signage, merchandise and other collateral
  • Maintain day-to-day management across digital channels highlighting activities and brand pillars
  • Capture, edit and post photos and videos for social channels during events, (note that some events may take place outside of corporate business hours)
  • Develop weekly and monthly reports on performance of all digital marketing channels and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights on digital platforms, and optimize performance based on the insights
  • Maintain library of presentations, collateral, photography and videography
  • Manage public perception and reputation through active community management across social media and review sites
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners on creative and content
  • Track and report on marketing budget

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, working on content creation and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience working in a high profile, commercial environment - real estate, hospitality, architecture or lifestyle marketing experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of and experience with implementing digital growth strategies across multiple platforms
  • Experience using social media channels to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Experience with social media management tools and social listening platforms (including but not limited to Sprout Social and Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to communicate the brand’s voice and messaging including the delivery of an exceptional guest experience
  • Tapped into social trends and culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to carry out basic tasks on Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Movie Maker or similar platforms
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, shift direction easily and be proactive
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced work environment
  • Diligent, accountable and able to follow direction well
