Summary

The Innvictis National Sales Manager leads the Innvictis Senior Account Manager Team and implements the national sales strategy for Innvictis Crop Care and Bioscience brands. The Innvictis NSM is responsible for driving sales growth of Innvictis brands, managing a team of 14+ team members, and account management with Simplot Grower Solutions regional manager team. This role leads a team tasked with executing sales goals in support of the short and long-term strategy. This role is critical to the profitability and sustainability of the retail and distribution business within Simplot and requires a high level of strategic and tactical development and execution. Main responsibilities include territory planning, people leadership, sales forecasting, and delivering financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 14-20 Senior Account Managers to train, position, forecast and implement the business strategy.
  • Deliver sales and financial goals through the growth of Innvictis brands and driving the organization to meet targets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to prioritize and deliver on sales targets across all leadership levels of the business. Must successfully manage strategic relationships both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Innvictis Product Management and Marketing teams for input planning sessions, product support, and brand positioning.
  • Execute marketing initiatives & programs that drive brand awareness and profitability.
  • Coach and mentor Senior Account Managers to maximize sales output and brand support
  • Manage and monitor sales forecasting, budget planning, target tracking, and report out on performance outcomes.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

10+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

  • People leadership and management experience.
  • Knowledge/experience across a variety of sales, leadership, marketing, product management roles.
  • Experience working in business or functional unit supported by the product category.
  • High degree of industry experience in crop protection, adjuvant, and bioscience.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation and sales data/analysis skills.
  • MS Office Programs, PowerBI, etc.
