Join us as a Senior Maketing Data Analyst and embark on a transformative journey within SeekWell. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire analytics efforts for our Glasses business (liingoeyewear.com), influencing product strategy and roadmaps through data-driven insights. As a key player in our team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners (product, web, finance, distribution, etc.) to optimize our web platforms and contribute to the ongoing success and innovation within SeekWell as we grow our customer base around glasses.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll partner directly with SeekWell’s glasses leadership as the first point of contact for all analytical needs. You’ll work closely with FP&A, media, and operations analysts but will be analyzing data related to the product offering, cross-sell marketing (targeted at the 1-800 Contacts customer base), media analytics, web performance, conversion optimization, contact center operations, prescription utilization and more to extract, analyze, and interpret data, providing insights that drive business strategies, inform operational improvements, and deliver on contractual reporting needs.

Analytics Leadership:  

  • Identify opportunities and anomalies, guiding business priorities.  
  • Analyze and provide actionable insights from media, web behavior, and transactional data sources.  
  • Lead optimization efforts with detailed post-impact analysis for an enhanced customer user experience.  

Reporting and Insights:  

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis, maintaining all necessary data dictionaries. 
  • Design and create reports and interactive dashboards to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative tools to understand consumer behavior to shape product strategy.  

Collaboration:  

  • Work with product managers to implement analytics stories, bridging the gap between business and IT.  
  • Work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to articulate the data needs for analysis. 
  • Articulate analysis and recommendations to pertinent stakeholders at various levels within the organization. 
  • Provide data requirements and actively participate in the collaborative data modeling process. 

Why We Will Love You (Qualifications) 

  • 5+ years of data analyst experience in a corporate setting is required. 
  • Extensive experience analyzing eCommerce and digital marketing data. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) 
  • Proven ability to deliver actionable insights from complex data. 
  • Proficiency in SQL 
  • Experience in writing data engineering and reporting requirements. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required. 
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics and/or Adobe Experience Cloud) 
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiment methodologies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all levels of the organization. 
  • Investigative and unbiased approach to data analysis. 
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and manipulation is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Databricks is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and regulatory requirements for sensitive data (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA) is a plus.
