As a high-end fashion and lifestyle retailer, HUGO BOSS relies on innovative technologies to optimize its merchandising strategy. We are looking for a dedicated IT Expert Consultant who will be responsible for the functional ownership of our applications and processes in Merchandise Management and will contribute to the company’s vision to become leading tech-driven fashion platform and the CLAIM 5 Strategy. We are seeking a skilled SAP IT Consultant (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Merchandise Management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance merchandise management processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective merchandise management.

What you can expect:

• Support and further development of our merchandise management solution portfolio as well as continuous optimization of our floor space management.
• Create concepts and implement requirements from our specialist departments with a focus on Merchandise Management
• Ensure seamless integration with different SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to merchandise management processes.
• Configuration and Customization
• Implement customizations to address unique merchandise management challenges.

Your profile:

To be successful in the role as IT Expert Consultant, your profile should include the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of computer science, business informatics or related areas.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with good customizing skills in the SAP modules SD and MM.
• Distinct understanding of processes in the retail merchandising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with business stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
