Job Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for assigned business areas to manage testing asks from planning to closure 
• Support business SME and associated groups to document clear business requirements (user stories) & test cases 
• Perform thorough planning to cover resource allocation, schedule and test approach 
• Communicate execution nuances, allocation, efforts and timelines to the stakeholders for their internal planning
• Partner with technology and automation leads to integrate automation framework with assigned business area as well as wider program approach 
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to prepare test data, execute cases, report & triage defects, update progress in test mgmt. tool. 
• Monitor and report execution for assigned business area and manage cohesive sign-offs. 
• Partner with test architect team to understand overall scope, requirements and test cases, that further help to identify automation opportunities. 
• Collaborate with technology and other teams to understand existing automation inventory, assess applicability, coding standards and integrate these with new automation requirements. 
• Build automation framework and the new solutions required. Partner with Test Architects to include in the wider as well as specified Test Domain Strategy. 
• Communicate Automation Strategy to associated stakeholders and clearly define involvement of different groups
• Execute the automation scripts, document and share updates with necessary groups at regular intervals 
• Actively participate in defect triaging until closure 
• Partner with program & test architect team to conclude automation support (exit criteria) and seek cohesive sign-offs 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Minimum 7+ years of experience across testing lifecycle phases, working on tech / functional advancements programs. 
• Extensive experience working for Wealth management, International Private Banking and Temenos platform
• Preferred experience working on SQL, python coding, selenium, cucumber, java. 
• Excellent stakeholder mgmt., negotiation skills and decision making ability 
• Knowledge of Low code automation tools 
• Knowledge on one or more automation tools, SDLC and project management 
• Experience / direct exposure to test automation framework, understanding of cloud based infra, APIs, webservices. 
• People management experience - advantage
