Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Hands-On Principal Software Engineer with a deep focus on software system architecture. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully designing, building, and productionizing large-scale cloud software systems or platforms. In addition to strong system architecture skills, the candidate should possess a strong user-centric mindset, design practical systems that meet product requirements, and actively contribute to the development process. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams across the company. This role is catergorized as Hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report onsite three times per week at minimum.
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant in the California Bay Area which includes the following counties: Marin, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz might be paid in accordance with the California law.
The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
The annual salary range for this role is $ 225,000 - $ 344,800. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
