Job Purpose/Overview

This job role is for the DC business function and the incumbent would be responsible to manage channel Sales operation through Direct Distribution network for Hyderabad based out of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Future Proof the Core- To ensure the Growth by ensuring proper coverage and distribution.

2. Create the new- Ensure the portfolio enhancement.

3. Enablers - Way of Working and Capability Development.

4. Live Our Purpose- Education and Knowledge.

Context and Scope:-

The job requires complete involvement in driving business objectives in the market coordinating and closely monitoring the distributor operations. Also Keep good cohesiveness with the team in daily activities.

Job Specifications/Qualifications:-

Education & Professional Qualifications :- Minimum Graduate - MBA preferred.

Knowledge / Experience :- 5-6 years of Channel Sales Experience. Modern Trade and Key account experience
