The importance of account management to Uber Eats will continue to grow as UberEats scales across Taiwan. You will be responsible for being the voice of the restaurants within the organization to ensure the business is looking out for the restaurant partner.
A successful account management manager deeply understands our restaurant partners to best be able to identify and improve the core business metrics for both the restaurant and Uber Eats. Finally as a manager, you will manage a team of account managers to ensure Uber Eats is communicating with a single voice to restaurant and making sure the team is functioning seamlessly and happily!

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
