You will work on high-scalable products on a cloud-based infrastructure and collaborate with developers who constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” technology.
In your role as a Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) at Scayle, you will be essential in driving customer support and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve diagnosing and solving issues from our customers, a key part of our software-as-a-service offerings. You’ll work in diverse technical environments, working with PHP within our digital ecosystem. This position not only places you at the heart of our SaaS operations but also offers continuous opportunities for learning and advancement in new technologies, fostering your growth into an expert technologist.
