Idaho Falls, ID 83402

Territory: Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Twin Falls, Missoula, and Billings

As a Senior Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a key advisor for the banking and treasury management needs of our business members
  • Prospecting for new qualified businesses within your market and expanding our network
  • Being resourceful and strategic on more complex setups and solutions
  • Managing existing relationships and ensuring proper servicing of accounts
  • Completing high-quality applications in a timely and professional manner
  • Displaying collaborative behavior with internal and external partners that results in new business opportunities
  • Performing Business Reviews with business members using relationship skills centered around AAA, while offering product solutions accordingly
  • Conveying strong Value Proposition to branch teams and partners
  • Representing our core values of integrity, excellence, innovation, and service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of professional experience of business-to-business relationship management
  • Strong banking acumen experience and knowledge of financial products and services
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to demo financial products and services both virtually and in person
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred. OR 5+ years combined with experience in a sales or relationship management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience with fin-tech software preferred
  • Strong ability to perform daily job tasks using video calling software (Zoom, Teams, etc)
