How you will create an impact:

• You will contribute your industry-specific and technological know-how to internal IT projects and advise on the digitalization of business processes
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing IT projects, including requirements analysis and concept development
• You will be responsible for the further development of the IT systems assigned to the project, including their interfaces to other systems
• You will manage internal and external project resources, be responsible for the project status and create reports for management
• You pursue pragmatic problem solving in compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions
• You are a contact person for your colleagues and participate in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams

Your profile:

• Training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
• Around five years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing classic and agile IT projects, including the integration and management of external service providers.
• Proficient in English and comfortable in an interface position; strong communication skills and confident presenting issues to a broad audience
• Highly knowledgeable about technical topics, ideally Microsoft platforms and web platforms
• Very good understanding of complex process flows in a global environment, as well as their implementation in practice
• Independent and structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, combined with flexibility and organizational skills
• Passionate, well-organized, and enthusiastic about working across teams and willingness to travel occasionally
