Job Description:

The Intercompany Key User will contribute critical subject matter expertise to e-Invoicing project initiatives on behalf of MGS Finance. This role will oversee timely and accurate delivery of all intercompany-related project activities as assigned by and agreed to with respective project boards. Additionally, the Intercompany Key User will act as back up support for the European intercompany operational team in the event of extended associate leaves or other bandwidth constraints. This role is accountable to Global Intercompany Lead.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Represent intercompany accounting as part of e-Invoicing project teams
• Act as technical/function expert across all phases of e-Invoicing projects - Design, Build, Testing, and Nurturing.
• Collaborate with fellow experts across the Global Intercompany team to source input and feedback on e-invoicing solutions and act as conduit between project teams and MGSF operations.
• As needed, step in as back

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5 - 7 years of experience with background in financial systems
• End-to-end expertise in Intercompany accounting, processes
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP functions applicable to intercompany accounting
• Functional knowledge of the Digital Intercompany Tool and underlying technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA
• Shared Service or other relevant experience working in a global function across different regions and time zones
