Office is in Amsterdam; Working 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

Working hours; 38 hours, 5 days per week between Monday and Friday, 09.00 – 20.00 and Saturday 10.00 – 17.00

The Opportunity: 

We are forming a new team of German speaking Customer Service Claims Associates in our Amsterdam office to support our German clients. Our multi-national teams in Amsterdam support our clients across Europe so English language is also helpful. As a member of our European Claims team, you’ll assess and resolve insurance claims and represent some of the biggest brand names in Germany.

We are looking for fluent German speakers who are great listeners and communicators to help our customers protect what matters most, getting them back on their feet when their mobile phone or gadget gets lost, stolen, or damaged. This is an exciting opportunity of growth within Assurant

• Range; €2.350 - €2.450 gross per month
