Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Design, build and run a digital platform that drives Infineon’s digitalization journey for product portfolio and roadmap management
  • Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts, UX experts and BIZ stakeholders to design and build a system that is efficient, effective and scalable
  • Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps practices
  • Explore emerging trends and technologies in software development

During an individual orientation phase, we will prepare you in the best possible way for your new responsibilities. With regular feedback meetings and systematic planning of your professional development, we want to support and ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

  • A degree (Bachelor/Master) or finished a HTL for computer science / informatics
  • 3+ years of work experience as a software engineer, including architectural design
  • Strong experience with modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, NestJS / NodeJS, as well as programming skills with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and test automation
  • Knowledge in (relational) database technologies, such as MSSQL and S3/CEPH
  • Experience in working with agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban
  • Know-how of containerized application hosting with Kubernetes/Openshift (as an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment
  • Fluent English skills (mandatory) with German skills as a plus

We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
