The Creative Tools Product team focuses on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we identify to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. The team is specifically responsible for the creation path, creation triggers, creation materials (everything form sound to effects), and the video interface of TikTok. We are looking for an experienced product manager to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for large cross-functional areas of TikTok Effect product
  • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends of America and Europe
  • Define and analyze metrics, Perform meticulous, retrospective, and prospective analysis of product performance
  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience at a technology company
  • Familiar with image/video products
  • Strong understanding of design and daily trends of Europe and America
  • Passionate about creating fun and creative ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on user growth operation
  • Knowledge or experience with AI/AR products
  • Knowledge of the Live, Game, Creator tools, and media(images/video) products
  • Familiar with AI/AR technology, experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
