Job Description Summary:

  • Responsible for IT Policy, Compliance and Governance area.

Job Description:

  • Create IT Policy, IT Standard and IT Procedure aligned with IT Strategic Plan.
  • Maintain and review IT Policy, IT Standard and IT Procedure to make sure that it still complies with up-to-date daily IT operation and business needs.
  • Coordinate with Group Controller, stakeholders and related parties on the any creation, modification or removal of IT Policy, compliance and governance.
  • Collect and follow-up IT Audit report, to make sure the Action plan are done before the completion of the target date.
  • Conduct compliance check for IT Products and Processes.
  • Support BC for External Audit request for IT related matter. Correspond with related parties, compile and review data and document requested by the External Audit team, etc.
  • Adhere to IT SSC support procedures, policies and guidelines. 
  • Implement operational continuous improvement, service efficiency initiatives, application improvement, and application rationalization to better serve Sinarmas Agri business needs.
  • Perform tasks according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Resource Management: Assist Team Lead to provide technical advice and guidance on IT Policy, Compliance and Governance requirements and share ideas and experience with team members and promote teamwork in problem resolution.

Job Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university.
  • 8-12 years’ experience experienced working within risk, policy, controls and compliance committees and/or workgroups.
  • Proven track record of performing analytical deliverables and meeting administrative work task.
  • Experience in controls and compliance is a plus.
  • Proficient in the usage of MS Office suite of tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP system is an added value.
  • Good proficiency in usage of administrative tools – e.g., meeting / participant availability checking, and minutes of meeting & letter preparations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and adhere to corporate governance policies and guidelines in carrying out administrative tasks
  • Good language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to pick up new skills quickly on the job and possess an open learning attitude to explore beyond own boundaries of responsibilities
  • Good communication skills including written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
  • Knowledgeable with investment measurements and ratios is an added advantage
  • Familiar with agri-business industry terminologies is an added advantage
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and standards is an added advantage
