JR44739 SENIOR ENGINEER, OCT MODELING

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company's deployed capital
• Manage and communicate improvement opportunities and implementation plans to all relevant levels and functions in manufacturing
• Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site and tool-level optimization studies for throughput enhancement
• Collaborate with partners to understand the future tool and process roadmaps, and calculate network capacity impacts of process changes
• Design, track, and communicate capital change proposals to manufacturing senior leaders through reporting tools and formal presentation
• Build and implement tools and dashboards to audit the current planning processes and uncover cost reduction opportunities across the company
• Utilize new (e.g. Python, Tableau, etc) and traditional (Excel, VBA, SQL, etc) methods to improve and automate tasks in the planning system/models in collaboration with partners
• Improve financial analyses before new capital equipment are purchased through automating metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose
• Manage and maintain the department’s data infrastructure, including data administration, data management, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
