Summary

Working closely with the Regional Country Manager and local management team, you will be responsible for the creation and management of integrated marketing campaigns to meet the local and regional business needs within the corporate marketing goals, policies, and processes. This includes the management programs budgets from concept to post-campaign follow-through, with timely performance management reporting throughout. This dynamic and successful region currently focuses on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, but includes other countries.

Key Objectives

  • Increase target market awareness of, and interest in InterSystems and its products and solutions
  • Promote increased and new customer use of InterSystems technology, solutions, and services
  • Maintain internal communications for employee awareness of company strategy and news
  • Practice continuous innovation in marketing services, e.g. apply GPT AI for creative and operational use, within the company policy and processes, to improve the quality; automation; creativity, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns that create novel, memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Management

  • Work with the Regional Marketing Director and corporate marketing teams to create and execute marketing plans with management approval, for campaigns that meet the regional business needs within the corporate marketing strategies, goals, plans, and reporting
  • Manage the local marketing team, budgets, and agencies to deliver professional, high-quality marketing services to support the achievement of target revenue and other business performance indicators, e.g. long-term customer satisfaction

Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with local and international colleagues to achieve, within budget, process, policies, and strategies the regional and corporate marketing objectives
  • Work closely with all company departments to maximize market: awareness; interest; desire; action; success; engagement; collaboration; product and services adoption; and advocacy 
  • The role is office-based and requires local and international travel.

Campaigns and Marketing Services

  • Generate marketing qualified Leads to achieve the agreed objectives and key results
  • Provide marketing services and assets to assist the target audiences with their communications, solution adoption, and community engagement
  • Maintain the regional website with fresh content and promotion materials that drives traffic to the local and corporate websites using appropriate campaigns, processes, and tools
  • Use digital marketing to synchronise the buyers’ journey with InterSystems sales processes. For example: SEO optimisation; Google Ads; LinkedIn; YouTube advertising; Social Selling/Media; etc. that consistently improves agreed Key Results such as curated Followers on LinkedIn
  • Manage localization of corporate collateral and production of relevant local collateral 
  • Manage industry and InterSystems’ local events and participation, and or support third-party events from concept through to follow-through activities with appropriate budget and performance management reporting. This includes: tradeshows; conferences; seminars; roundtables; webcasts; customer Go-Live milestones meetings, and User groups
  • Gather continuously market information to ensure that the local management, Regional Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing, and corporate Marketing teams are fully aware of opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and success; InterSystems reputation management, and business success.

Additional Management

  • Manage the local contact databases for marketing automation to ensure they remain complete and accurate at all times, within company processes and policies, e.g. supporting Sales methodologies (MEDDPICC), and fully compliant local and global regulations, e.g. ensuring transparency, consent, and governance of personal data according to GDPR and other local laws.
  • Maintain the required narrative and statistics for timely and informative performance reporting, for feedback and planning with local and marketing management, and colleagues
  • Manage the performance of the local marketing team and agencies to achieve agreed goals within the agreed quality standards and budgets, with regular reporting
  • Undertake appropriate development and training for self and local marketing team.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 

  • Five plus years prior experience required in a comparable marketing role, ideally for marketing communications for software technology, preferably in health informatics for EMR; integration; interoperability; or data technology organizations
  • Preferably competent in written and oral business quality Arabic
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and brand development, with performance reporting that delivered business results
  • Proven experience in managing marketing agencies, for e.g.: PR, social; event management; design; website; etc.) 
  • Relevant degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.
