Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals initially over the phone and through digital communication channels. This role requires a proactive approach to reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products or services to meet those needs.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and prospects through effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how our products/services can address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry events to network, raise awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telesales role.
  • Managed Service Provider and/or Managed Security Service Provider experience highly desirable.
  • Where required, able to work evenings and stay overnight for corporate events.
  • Ability to commute to Central London office 3x/week
