PRC market has unprecedented opportunities while challenges Intel to deliver timely and competitive client solutions to satisfy customer needs. Reporting to VP and GM of Client Computing Group China, the leader will be responsible for accelerating Client business growth opportunities in China, covering Mobile, Desktop, and Graphics across all client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for seamlessly connecting Intel Client business and Intel China Client business to achieve revenue growth objectives. Drive CCG China business strategy to grow MSS, grow TAM and grow new revenue. Lead the team to accelerate the Client products and solutions into PRC market, expand usages and customers to meet China client market unique needs, evaluate and enable new business/business models in PRC, and fortify IA ecosystem through innovation with market leaders.

Seamlessly connect to BU global leadership team, working with key stakeholders across organizational boundaries to accelerate business growth. Work closely with PRC SMG partners as well as various CCG China and Intel China teams to drive alignment and synergy.

Demonstrate Intel technical and thought leadership with broad industry influence.

Accountable for managing the mix of priorities among the portfolio of products/solutions to ensure the right allocation of resources based on product-market opportunities.

Build world class team with combination of business acumen and organization savvy to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries and the ability to communicate effectively across customer, executive, and technical audiences.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in client computing industry. Intimate knowledge of Intel's CCG underlying technologies, customer, ecosystem, vendors, product portfolio, and market trends. Experienced supporting a growth business with the ability to manage a variety of complex functions and teams supporting a diverse product portfolio. Expert in business strategy development with a proven ability to break new ground in the way business is done to radically improve or drive growth, time-to-market, revenue and MSS. Experienced leader of people, able to inspire and build followship. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and building a high-performing team across a highly matrixed cross-functional organization. Proven ability to engage with Intel executive team to have crucial conversations where stakes and emotions are high, and make recommendations or make decisions that have high impact outcomes. Demonstrated results and accountability for broad leadership, building of followership and role modeling of Intel's cultural attributes: Customer First, Fearless Innovation, Results Driven, One Intel, Inclusion, Quality, Integrity.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
