Summary

Reporting to the Country Chief Executive, you will ensure best fit between employees and organization, delivering quality customer service and committing to recruit, develop, reward and retain engaged employees. You will be responsible for providing leadership including technical and administrative support in the full spectrum of HR functions, such as resourcing, payroll, HRIS and data management, benefits and contract administration, employee wellness, tax administration and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the day-to-day HR operational matters.
  • Administer recruitment, talent acquisition
  • Participate in HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Involved in yearly appraisal review/exercise
  • Drive the system and maintain the HR policy to create best HR practices
  • Address employment related queries from employees.
  • Assist in driving strategies and initiatives to support BUs in alignment with Company goals and objectives including headcount forecasting, budget planning
  • Support in reshaping and transforming HR according to business needs.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in managerial role
  • Familiar with Employment Act, CPF Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act & Singapore Income Tax.
  • Has keen eye for details, excellent grasp of numbers, and strong sense of integrity.
  • Good time management, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in SuccessFactors and PAYDAY payroll software.
  • Prior experience in HR Shared Services Team is preferred.
