We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Engineer, Data Centre Solutions. In this role, you will actively contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions for data centre projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction

Make an Impact by

• Solution Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to actively participate in the design and development of data centre solutions. Assist in creating comprehensive plans and specifications that align with project requirements.
• Technical Research: Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data centre infrastructure. Conduct research to identify emerging trends and innovative solutions that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data centre operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and clients, to understand project requirements. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights for solution development.
• Prototyping and Testing: Assist in the development of prototypes for proposed solutions. Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the functionality, reliability, and scalability of the designed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of solution designs, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation guidelines. Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and organizational quality requirements.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns. Contribute to client presentations and discussions related to proposed solutions. Address client queries and provide technical explanations as needed.
• Problem-solving: Actively participate in troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support during the implementation phase. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues promptly and maintain project timelines.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong academic background with coursework related to data centre technologies and solutions.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and a keen interest in data centre infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with data centre design principles and best practices is advantageous.
