We are looking for Senior Software Engineer to join our team who can design execute and deliver IT architecture plans, designs and processes which will deliver digital business solutions (Content/Capture/Workflow/other digital IT software).
You will work with Team located in Chennai and managing EDM product, one of important strategic document management platform for DGF business. EDM is an IBM Product with FileNet workflows having lot of custom java tools built on top of it interacting with strategic applications through EDI/API interfaces. This team works in agile way using modern technologies related to FileNet & Java development and it is running in OpenShift environment.
We have a strategic document management platform for our DHL Global Forwarding business. DHL Global Forwarding is a global market leader in Air Freight and Ocean Freight logistics. You will have a challenge to participate in design and implementation of new global portal for our global logistics business. We will provide you significant opportunity to grow along the way.

As a Senior Software Engineer having 15+ years’ experience in IBM FileNet workflow development is a must. Experience with designing and implementing FileNet workflows and custom components in open shift/cloud environment is also a huge plus as well as knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
Having previous experience with database technologies, such as Oracle or SQL Server would be a big advantage. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
