Job Description

  • Selling company columns & consumables products to end-users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, webchat, e-mail)
  • Works towards driving proactive culture of calling customer based on database and generate new business
  • Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel and reporting
  • Responsible for handling inbound enquiries for columns & consumables of chromatography and spectroscopy instruments
  • Utilizing technical knowledge to deliver value to customers whilst driving the complete Agilent portfolio, willing to speak to customer to resolve customer issues
  • Works closely with the sales management to drive sales and campaigns targeting various product lines and targets
  • Maintain positive business relationships and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensures the portfolio is represented in all relevant customer-facing meeting and sales-oriented activities across the territory
  • Meet targets assigned for new business drive and ramp to volume activities of new products released
  • Use demand generation leads to create opportunities for sales order
  • Works on inside sales assignments with broadly defined objectives (including driving customer to online store)
  • Utilizing SalesLoft and other sales tools to drive Ecommerce business effectively
  • Weekly report of sales pipeline and forecast

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside/field sales position within a chromatography or spectroscopy company would be required
  • Excellent tele-sales skills preferably in a technical sales environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate on phone, oral and written communications, good English is benefit
  • Comfortable with communicating and presenting proposals via webex/MS Teams
  • Enjoying working in customer-facing environment
  • Competency of advance MS Excel functions is highly appreciated (vlookup, pivot table, etc)
  • Meticulous, customer-centric, proactive, goal-oriented and good time management
  • Can work under pressure. High customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Firm believer of constant change and is highly adaptable in rapid change environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team, willing to share and exchange information among team
