About the Team

The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Analyst - Operations Support, covering the German community market to help create a better space for content creators and users. This position is mainly responsible for (not limited to): receiving and resolving operations queries and issues related to Tiktok LIVE content and Ecosystem, communicating with our operations teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality support experience

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Respond and investigate content issues queries in a timely and accurate manner, via internal platform and IM chat;
  • Identify internal stakeholders' needs, and quickly troubleshoot technical issues by using internal databases, effective workarounds, and solutions provided by the XFN teams;
  • Follow up with internal operations and XFNs to ensure the reported issues are resolved;
  • Assist and support training projects and misc adhoc tasks to support operations.
  • Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously identifying process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, comes with content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance/ technical support or user/ product operations related experience in the internet industry

2. Proficiency in German language, as needed to review content and liaise with external customers in German.

3. In-depth contact with local customs and culture, is highly sensitive to social news;

4. Good with excel and able to form analysis and create reports with both quantitative and qualitative perspective.

5. A general understanding of Livestream content ecosystem

6. Able to adapt to changes as per business needs.

7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

8. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

9. Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.

10. Ability to work shift hours, flexibility and willingness to support various projects as needed.
