About the role 

Key responsibilities would include: 

  • Supporting and implementing a wide range of corporate communication campaigns and projects, with a particular focus on Crisis Communications, both on a national and international level
  • Mentoring and driving the work of interns and more junior staff
  • Monitoring issues through the public, social and political scenario
  • Conducting and analyzing research on a variety of client-related issues
  • Providing the highest level of client service on a daily basis through proactive account management
  • Producing flawless written deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Participating in strategy development for client initiatives and campaigns
  • Attending and actively participating in client and internal meetings
  • Participating in business development activities including writing proposals and developing pitch decks
  • Playing an active role in new business

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Ideally, between 5 to 7 years of Corporate Communication & Crisis Communications experience
  • A solid background coordinating international projects
  • Agency and working abroad experience – is a big plus
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English - is a must
  • Degree in a related field
  • Solid project management experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and client initiatives and teams of both junior and senior colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional presentation, writing and analytical skills, including experience writing strategic plans, messaging, position papers
  • Excellent client and interpersonal skills; ability to manage independent client relationships and communicate effectively
  • Well-versed in current events and headline news at local, national, and international levels
