I. End-to-end IT Assets Management:

  • Assign IT Assets following the IT Assets Policy to team members.
  • Maintain records on the Fixed Assets Register.
  • Procure IT Assets based on approval and requirements.
  • Manage Meeting Room upkeep and booking
  • Tag assets as per ISO requirements
  • Collection of assets as per policy
  • G Suite management: Reset passwords for users experiencing system logouts.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests with regards to google apps.

II. Office Stationery Related Requests:

  • Distribution of office stationery.
  • Handle courier dispatch.
  • Facilitate business card printing[

III. Housekeeping Requests:

  • Arrange water bottles for guests.
  • Manage food requirements for special guests post-approvals.
  • Manage F&B requirements for townhalls/company events.
  • Planning and implementing all townhall-related activities related to admin

IV. Ad-hoc Tasks by Marketing Team:

  • Provide printing support for marketing materials.

V. Travel Management:

  • Handle travel and hotel bookings for all employees in Bangalore, Ahmedabad and UAE.
  • Verify bills as per company policy.

VI. TV Management:

  • Prepare, update slides for TV
  • Manage tech. Issues wrt keeping office TV’s operational.

VII.Contract Negotiation:

  • Find vendors and obtain quotes contracts adhering to Klub's policies.

VIII. Seating Management:

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to seating plans in all offices.
