Regional Key Account Manager

The Cooper Companies

  1. Propose sales building blocks and business insights for sales target achievement in each assigned key account customers.
  2. Provide accurate forecasting of products for each assigned account and coordinate with RSM/NKAM for inclusion in monthly forecasting requirements.
  3. Establish assigned key accounts strategies to grow sales, market share, influence key decision makers, maintain loyalty, and then implement associated channel plans for assigned key accounts.
  4. Design, prepare and present business plans for all key accounts and agree on trade promotions and consumer promotions with strategic thinking.
  5. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly business reviews for assigned key accounts.
  6. On a weekly basis, plan, do, check, action for any variances to the aligned objectives and reasons for any variance.
  7. Ensure alignment across customer marketing manager, regional sales manager, national key account manager for the key initiatives execution, including projects roll-out, 100% compliance rate, sales forecast. 
  8. Develop, implement and evaluate key account plans to meet sales and profit objectives by product portfolio and by customer.
  9. Work closely with customer to provide category and market insights to drive sales performance.
  10. Develop and deliver new product launch plans with sustainable go-to-market strategies.
  11. Coordinate and communicate any commercial strategies including product, price and supply changes to assigned key accounts customers.

  • Good at problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm and prioritization
  • Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Good command of Microsoft Suite
  • Good people skills for relationship building and be influential 
  • Good team player for internal and external coordination
  • Work Environment:Normal office environment. Regular travel is required throughout regional China.Experience:Reliable experience in Medical Device company, Health Care, FMCG, OTC, and/or Cosmetics industry.
  • Experience of category management and category growth initiatives and retail optical experience an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in key account management and prefer in multinational company.
  • Strong key account background with ability to meet sales objectives

Education:Bachelor’s degree above
