Radiology Digital & New Business Planning Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the key person in Digital and New Solution team to identify new solution opportunities and build solution ecosystem with local AI/Digital/Healthcare partners.
  • Develop strategic objectives and plans for digital&new solutions to build new revenue streams through BD&L and strategic partnership.
  • Identify needs/priorities for digital&new solutions in the areas of commercial partnership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute initial assessments and define the business parameters around potential opportunities.
  • Acts as the key representative in initial contact with partner candidates for digital&new solutions.
  • Develop consolidated assessment reports and due diligence results for senior leadership team.
  • Engage/influence internal key stakeholders, advocate for China’s needs for digital&new solutions and build alignment on cross-functional support that best fit for business needs.
  • Support GTM model development and provide recommendations with good understanding of industry benchmark and market trends.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor degree or above, master’s in business, science or engineering is a plus.
  • 5+ year experience in marketing, consulting, BD or respective roles.
  • Domain knowledge of AI and digital business in the China healthcare industry.
  • Proven track records in marketing, BD, commercial partnership or respective experience.
  • Strong network in AI and medical device sector.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Chinese and English.
  • Willingness to travel.
