As a Software Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Americas Digital Sales Managers selling Asset Performance Management and Process Optimization solutions
• Comfortable in engaging in value-based discussions, positioning complex, business software solutions in SaaS and XaaS models to a ‘C’ level audience
• Working with both a large existing customer base, driving incremental value through additional offerings for existing solutions used by customers.
• Leading and be accountable for the performance, progress, and growth of 10 or more direct reports.
• Coaching team members and business leaders on Value / Consultative / understanding of customers processes and business models including associated key drivers.
• Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key customers
• Work in partnership with the Digital Consulting organization and its Enterprise Solution Architects to help conduct full-form customer discovery workshops

• Experience of financial, competitive, regulatory environment.
• Experience with Business Consulting Management or Value Engineering is an advantage
• Experience with SaaS, XaaS solutions and ML/AI applications is an advantage.
• Have communication and presentation skills
