(Purpose)

Primary role of TE is to ensure excellent execution of commercial initiatives and efficient use of all allocated resources at POSes in dedicated territory. Based on the analysis of the territory, TE explores new business opportunities, achieves high level of business relationships with retailers, informs, educates and motivate retail partners and retail employees with aim to boost collaboration with PMI. TE ensures an excellent quality of execution of all commercial activities in assigned territory.

(Your day to day)

1. Route Plan and Coverage

  • Ensure outlets coverage information is updated.
  • Follow coverage route plans in accordance to sales cycle objectives.
  • Achieve and maintain targeted call rate

2. Market & Sales Performance Analysis

  • Constantly analyze market development trends, competitors' activities and performance.
  • Support Area Supervisor in identifying business development opportunities and action plans.
  • Analyze volume trend by accounts and report to Area Supervisor for proper action planning and implementation

3. Field Sales Team & Business Development

  • Support Area Supervisor to onboard new members.
  • Support Area Supervisor to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team management through comprehensive analysis on gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Support Area Supervisor in identification of best practices, ensure communication to team members for further business improvement.

(Requirement)

  • More than 1 year experience working with retailers with a preference in the FMCG business
  • Strong drive for results
  • Good analytical & learning capability
  • Fluent English is a plus, and Mandarin fluency is a must
  • Valid driver license
