Planning and forecasting

• OP – Planning the revenue, costs, investments and manpower as per the business plan
• Expected actuals – Estimating the revenue, costs, investments and manpower as per the schedule (2 or 3 times in a year)
• Reporting the same to Daimler AG, BoD, HoD’s as required

• Coordinating and ensuring that revenue recognition is appropriate
• Ensuring costs are in line with budgets

Act as the Single Point of Contact for Controlling and Finance Topics to the assigned set of department(s)

• Act as a single point of contact between Business Unit (BU)/Department and Finance/Controlling function.
• Participate in the BU/Departmental Strategy, Team Communication, Town Hall meetings.
• Keep an active interface with HOD, Managers and Employees with regular communication on Controlling & Finance topics
• Business Strategy development and implementation on Controlling & Finance topics

With respect to Projects

• Creating opportunity numbers for new projects
• Creation of internal order and releasing it in SAP for actual cost booking against projects
• Maintenance and upkeep of information pertaining revenue
• Billing Instructions to DAG against projects
• Tracking and custodian of signed DO's

• Monitoring, analysing and reporting plan vs actuals
• Adhoc reporting

• Coordination with departments and central function controllers during OP, EA, etc
• Training and communication on the processes and systems

Qualifikationen

QUALIFICATIONS : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with a degree in commerce

NO OF YEARS : 8-11years

EXPERIENCE

TYPE OF WORK : Department Controlling & Corporate Finance understanding covering Payables, Receivables, General Ledger accounting

AREAS OF WORK : Finance & Controlling

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: 

• IBM COGNOS –TM1 ( End User or Admin), MS Excel, PowerPoint, Finance & Controlling background, Exposure to SAP is an added advantage, English Language
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Change management skills
• Strong Interpersonal & Administrative Skills
