We are currently seeking a Senior or Lead Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Kosice, specializing in the continuous enhancement and development of our flagship software, ARIS. The role involves implementing and testing new functionalities and enhancements to the product, ensuring the upkeep of existing components, and actively monitoring, triaging, and resolving customer issues and defects. If you are passionate about software development and enjoy working on a market-leading solution for business process design and optimization, we welcome your expertise to contribute to our innovative projects.

Essential Functions 

• Implement and test new functionality and enhancements to the product
• Maintenance of existing product components
• Monitor/triage customer issues, troubleshoot and resolve defects

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or comparable degree
• Experience in the field of software development with Java and React, Spring
• Experience with Github, CI / CD pipelines, hyperscaler (AWS, Azure) is an advantage
• Ideally, you already have experience with modern cloud technologies (NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent and proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Working self-reliantly
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
